Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Orders outside of these states or international customers must contact customer service directly to place orders and to arrange shipments to those areas.
  • All orders ship for free to the lower 48 United States.
  • Expedited shipping fees are an additional charge.
  • If an expedited service or different carrier is required, please contact ModFamily customer service for special arrangements.
  • The customer is responsible for expedited shipment, return and exchange charges.
  • All orders placed on this website will be shipped within three days of receipt. Tracking information will be available and emailed to the customer when the shipment is sent.
  • ModFamily does not offer Saturday or Sunday shipments.
